Hidden Onewheel Gems: Riding a Forgotten Border Forest

Old MTB trails in a forest that was once the Hungary–Slovakia border: jungle-thick in places, open pine in others. Solo ride with Bira, 29°C.

Anywhere you live, there's a hidden Onewheel gem. You just have to keep exploring, and you'll find it. This video is proof.

A forest with a history

I'm taking you to our local forest — once the border between Hungary and Slovakia. Parts of it feel like a jungle; others open up into beautiful pine stands. It's full of old mountain bike trails and winding paths where it's easy to get lost, in the best possible way.

The ride

Today it's just me and my dog Bira, riding solo. It's 29°C, sunny, and pure fun.

Found your own hidden gem? Drop it on the RubberRush map so other riders can find it too — that's exactly what it's there for. New to riding off-road? Start with the trail riding guide.
