After the incredible success of the first edition, Istra Float Weekend is back for another epic adventure! Onewheel riders will once again take on the beautiful coastline of Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia, with a focus on long group rides, underground racing, and an unbeatable community atmosphere.
Main Mission: Ride Hard, Float Far, and Soak in the Vibes!
- Expect long-distance group rides – From casual no-charge chill rides to multi-stop endurance challenges spanning 50km, 80km, or more.
- Underground Racing is back! – Over 15 different underground race tracks to test your skills.
- Trails, coastline rides, and more – Download Ride Hermes to explore the planned routes.
What to Expect?
Basecamp: Koper, Slovenia – Most rides will start and end in the town of Koper, but for trails and race challenges, we’ll drive to the best locations.
International Rides – This year, the adventure expands beyond Slovenia, with potential rides into Italy and Croatia!
The Ride Plan:
- Trails for breakfast – Start the weekend with off-road fun and underground racing.
- Coastline group ride (50km+) – Ride along the Slovenian coast with breathtaking views.
- Hills and valleys ride (80km+) – Explore diverse landscapes, from steep hills to open valleys. (Should we add a chair night ride? Let’s decide!)
- Group ride & potential boat ride (50km+) – Relaxed ride with the possibility of a float boat experience.
- Trails for dinner – A final underground racing session to close the weekend.
Bonus Activities (if possible!):
- Balcony pool party (if the pool is big enough for everyone)
- Live music & good vibes
- Sour and craft beer tasting

Some locations we’ll ride to:
- Piran, Izola & Portorož – The most scenic coastal towns in Slovenia.
- Parenzana ex-railway trail – A historic rail path turned bike and Onewheel route.
- Marezige wine fountain – Because why not enjoy some local wine while floating?
- Dragonja Valley & Lipica forest trails – Off-road fun with nature all around.
- Sečovlje Salt Pans – One of Slovenia’s most unique landscapes.
How to Join?
This is a free gathering, NOT an organized public event! There are no tickets, no official guides—just a group of stoked riders exploring together.
Charging Information:
- Most charging will be free at public places or restaurants.
- No charging is guaranteed! If a location doesn’t work, improvise and find a way.
- Minimum charger requirement: 300W. No GT home chargers, please!
Important Notes:
- No support car or medical crew – You ride at your own risk.
- Bring your board, charger, and good vibes – Plus music, chairs, and whatever makes you happy.
- Respect the locals and street rules – So we can do this again next year!
- Event cap: 20 people! Confirm your spot early.
